Scania, Simetron Group and Delta Motor Group are the first users
Automaster has published a completely new software for vehicle import. The software will cover both vehicle logistics and warranty processing, and it is fully integrated to both factory and dealer systems.
The first users of the new software are Scania Polska S.A, Simetron Group Oy and Delta Motor Group Oy. There are currently also several other implementation projects in Finland and elsewhere in Europe. Anna Falkenius, responsible for Parts and Service systems at Scania describes the benefits of the newly implemented system as increasing efficiency: ”Automaster’s new warranty system has significantly reduced the time and workload in warranty claim processing. The right information at the right place is cutting unnecessary work and the job is done and completed at one time. As a result the importer and the dealers can concentrate on actual customer service.”
”Our goal is to be a significant supplier of vehicle import related systems in Europe. The modern architecture and openness is a clear advantage to the customer: integration to different systems is easy. We knew that a software of this type was missing in the markets, but we were still taken by surprise by the intensive demand for it both in Finland and elsewhere in Europe”, says manager Petri Takala from Automaster Oy.
The software is based on Microsoft’s .NET architecture and its development has been financially supported by the Development center of Technology, TEKES.
